With as many ingredients as a Michelin-starred kitchen, Kefi is a true cocktail laboratory where the detailed work of preparing complex cocktails takes place before the guest passes through our doors. An enormous amount of preparation goes into each drink, which is entirely pre-batched fresh each day and kegged into our proprietary draft system. Our goal is to serve a fine cocktail in a short turnaround time between order and first sip.

Kefi is a concept rooted in Greek which translates very roughly to "Profound Passion". This simple statement captures the essence of what we are trying to bring to Knoxville. Food is an integral piece of the ancient Mediterranean culture. Stroll the shores of Greece and you will find tables filled with small, healthy plates each full of color, herbs, and taste. The food is cherished, but more importantly, it gathers us around the table with the ones we love. Kefi will bring this rich Mediterranean culture to the downtown streets of Knoxville.
